1. Check the display panel

The LCD/OLED output must remain usable. Fully dead screens do not carry refurbishment value.

2. Estimate the shipment

Choose the brand, model, condition tier and quantity. The system calculates a live estimate line by line.

3. Pack carefully

Follow the bubble pouch or bubble wrap methods to protect glass edges, corners and flex cables.

4. Get your prepaid label

We generate a free prepaid shipping label — Chronopost in France, FedEx worldwide. Print it, stick it on the parcel and place the delivery note inside.

Two packing methods, one goal: no extra damage in transit

Method 1: bubble pouch by batch

Best for homogeneous lots with clear SKU grouping.

• Group 5 or 10 identical screens per pouch whenever possible.
• Never fold the flex cable; keep every unit aligned in the same direction.
• Insert a paper note with your order number, sender name and piece count.

Method 2: bubble wrap and reinforced box

Best for mixed lots or more fragile shipments, with padding on every side.

• Pad the bottom, sides and top of the box with bubble wrap.
• Separate references with a protective layer between each group.
• Before sealing, shake the parcel gently: nothing should move.
