Two packing methods, one goal: no extra damage in transit

These instructions are adapted from the packing methods already used by LCD-Phone.

Method 1: you already have bubble pouches

Detailed version adapted from your historical LCD-Phone packaging guide.

1. Insert each screen into a bubble pouch, making sure the flex cables are not bent.

2. Bundle them in groups of 5 with an elastic band.

3. Place a bubble-wrap layer on the bottom and sides of the box.

4. Place the screens in the carton with the flex cables facing inward.

5. Fill all empty spaces.

6. Add extra bubble-wrap layers.

7. Before taping the box, close it and shake it lightly. If anything moves, fill the remaining gaps with more bubble wrap.

8. Do not forget to include your contact details, the reason for shipment and any information relevant to the parcel.

Method 2: you have bubble wrap

Detailed version adapted from your historical LCD-Phone packaging guide.

1. On a layer of bubble wrap, place the screens with the flex cables facing inward and slightly spaced apart.

2. Cover them with another layer of bubble wrap.

3. Add two more screens.

4. Continue until you have a pack of 10 screens, 5 on each side.

5. Add two more layers of bubble wrap.

6. Cover the bottom and sides of the box with bubble wrap.

7. Place the wrapped screens in the center of the carton and fill the sides.

8. Add bubble-wrap layers on top.

9. Before sealing the box, close it and shake it lightly. If anything moves, fill the gaps with more bubble wrap.

10. Do not forget to include your contact details, the reason for shipment and any information relevant to the parcel.
