Use this address for every Broken LCD shipment. For special cases, the team can confirm handling instructions after the delivery note is generated.

Broken LCD
The delivery note should be printed and placed inside the parcel.
The LCD/OLED image output must still work. If the display panel is fully dead, it falls outside the Broken LCD recovery scope.
